Kirsty working with students

In this episode, I talk about an experience that I had last week. I had two meetings with two very different people. One of them got a new customer and the other lost the chance to do business because of his poor customer service. I talk about some lessons that can be learned from this experience.

I also mentioned my business English club. You can find out more about it here.
